My stay at the hotel was not as pleasant as I had hoped. The rooms were dirty, and I had an unpleasant encounter with bed bugs early in the morning. Despite being on the 13th floor, which was unusual, the room's location in the back didn't offer much peace. However, the service, especially from Jawanza, the Assistant Front Office Manager, was exceptional, going out of their way to assist us. The location was not ideal for us, and the noisy environment next to the lifts was a downside. The dining experience was acceptable, with a variety of choices but with room for improvement. Facilities were average, with some areas needing attention.
